Offensive subjects (elaborate): For mun: I'm pretty good to go with anything as long as it's handled well. For Koschei: He won't talk about his past, he won't talk about wars except in the abstract, and he won't talk about Gallifrey. That's about it.

Hugging this character: Yes, but he'll just kind of be confused.
Kissing this character: Yes, but see above.
Flirting with this character: Yes, but here continues the thread of Koschei failing at shows of emotion of any kind.
Fighting with this character: Yes, but he will fight back, he will fight dirty, and he will fight to win. Also he carries a small armory of weapons on him basically everywhere he feels he might be threatened [constantly, in-game]. So, uh. Be ready for a hell of a fight.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): In-game, minor injuries are okay, ask first for major injuries, particularly those that would be incapacitating; meme, yes.
Killing this character: In-game, not at this time; meme, yes.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If their abilities are strong enough; Koschei has very strong defensive walls to keep people out. In addition, he will know, he will not be pleased (especially if you have the ability to control yourself and choose to go in), and you will probably make an enemy.
